SokoSense provides retail intelligence services including competitor price tracking, sales forecasting, and shop health monitoring for e-commerce merchants.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Payment Terms

Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. You may cancel your subscription at any time, and your access will continue until the end of your billing period.

5. Refund Policy

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for all paid plans. If you're not satisfied, contact us within 14 days of your purchase for a full refund.

6. Limitation of Liability

SokoSense shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the service.
